• Financial data: income, monthly debt, loan amounts, interest rates, property values
• Property information: estimated values, mortgage balances, monthly payments

We also collect usage data automatically, such as pages visited and features used, to improve the service.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Groundbase platform
• Calculate financial estimates (DTI, equity, cost projections)
• Process subscription payments
• Send account-related emails (confirmations, billing)
• Improve and develop new features

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate Groundbase:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, after which it is deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing us.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@buildwithGroundbase.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents may have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents may have rights under GDPR.

Groundbase is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
