By creating an account or using Groundbase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Groundbase is a construction project management platform that helps owner-builders and contractors track budgets, draws, timelines, and financial estimates. It is provided as a subscription-based software service.

Access to Groundbase requires a paid subscription, which may start with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe on the web or Google Play in the Android app. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except that if you are charged after a trial you did not mean to continue, we will refund that charge if you contact us within 7 days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancelling does not delete your data; you can delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

All financial figures, projections, DTI calculations, equity estimates, and cost benchmarks provided by Groundbase are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, mortgage, legal, or investment advice.

You should consult a licensed lender, financial advisor, or attorney before making any financial decisions. Groundbase is not responsible for decisions made based on figures shown in the app.

Groundbase may allow you to store or discover contractor and vendor information. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality or conduct of any contractor, builder, architect, lender, or vendor. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third party.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the platform. You agree not to use Groundbase for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users or the service.

All content, branding, and software comprising Groundbase is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groundbase and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or construction decisions made based on information in the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
